UN Secretary-General’s Report on the Human Rights Situation in Iran
Published by Ali on February 19, 2020International Liberty Association: The United Nations Secretary General’s released 6 pages reported to the 43rd UN General Assembly on the Human Rights situation in Iran, until 1 November 2019. The report, prepared in accordance with the previous resolution of the General Assembly, contains information on the patterns and trends associated with it, the progress made in implementing Resolution 74/167, and recommendations for improving the implementation of previous resolutions.
The case report mentions the couple of human rights issues such as; continued death sentences for children, heavy sentences based on security charges for human rights activists, labour activists, journalists, environmental activists, in Iran.

The report, prepared by the Secretary-General pursuant to Resolution 74/167 of the General Assembly and made public on Monday, 17 February, provides a periodic report containing information on the patterns and trends associated with the resolution and its progress or some suggestions for improving its implementation.
